June 27 - catnip party with mom
The "common knowledge" about catnip is that is rarely attractive to kittens under 6 months old (or sexual maturity) because it works on the same pheromone receptors in the brain of a cat that sexual pheromones activate. Obviously, like anything about cats, the common knowledge or common sense do not always work -
the proof is in the obvious excitement these kittens expressed as soon as I offered it - some on the piece of rabbit fur that they tore off their fur toy mouse.

June 15 - New stage - new page
The games become more and more active, wrestling rougher - that is when they learn to control their biting and why it is so important not to let them get adopted too early, before they learn how to be polite cats. There are practically no limits to what they can do and their explorations take them up & down and as far away at lightning speed as the environment allows. No limits to their adventureness and curiosity (and the destruction that comes with them)
Rabbit foot is a real thing!

Endurance testing for the blinds. Unfortunately, they cannot withstand the abuse and have to be regularly replaced.
